Welcome! I’m Amanda a storyteller, advocate, and believer in the power of embracing life’s beautifully imperfect moments. A Mrs. Daybreak, a nonprofit founder, podcast host, and passionate community leader, I’ve spent years using my voice to uplift, inspire, and connect. But when I say I have been through some stuff... I have been through stuff.
But the focus isn't on where we have been or what is in the past - it is about moving forward.
Through Not So Genius Benefit LLC, I create opportunities to serve, support, and empower others, proving that impact doesn’t require perfection—it just requires heart. From hosting a charity gala and direct fundraising initiatives to producing thought-provoking conversations through my podcast, I bring people together in ways that spark growth, healing, and action.
Whether it’s through:
Everything I do ties back to my mission: Live Imperfectly with Great Delight.
Because service isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about showing up, leading with compassion, and turning imperfection into impact.
Together, let’s build something meaningful.
Amanda is the founder of Not So Genius Benefit LLC, a nonprofit rooted in storytelling, advocacy, and hands-on healing. As Mrs. Daybreak, she blends public speaking, podcasting, and community collaboration to spotlight social issues and amplify real voices. Her work invites people to embrace imperfection, connect through shared stories, and access resources that support physical and mental wellness.
Now, Amanda is growing a new chapter — a future Skillshare Farm & Community Hub where people will gather to learn practical skills, care for animals, and heal through laughter and connection. While the land is still on the horizon, the movement is already alive: in Liberty the baby peacock, in every podcast episode, and in the community Amanda continues to build.
She is currently signed as a model with Urban Talent Management.
Amanda is the youngest of seven, raised in Oregon and now rooted in Utah with her husband and five children. She holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction and spent years teaching — until a severe case of shingles caused lasting nerve damage and shifted her path. That experience, along with the recent loss of both parents, deepened her commitment to healing and advocacy.
Today, Amanda is a passionate voice for grief, trauma recovery, and CPTSD. Through Not So Genius Benefit LLC, she amplifies real stories, connects people to resources, and builds community through podcasting, public speaking, and collaborative outreach. She’s competed in three pageants this year — representing Oregon, Utah, and her local community of Daybreak — using each platform to champion resilience and joy.
Amanda finds delight in Butterfingers, books, crisp fall mornings, true crime podcasts, cozy clothes, and watching others thrive. Whether she’s scripting a podcast, chasing Liberty the peacock off her Jeep, or dreaming up her future Skillshare Farm & Community Hub, Amanda leads with humor, heart, and a fierce belief in the magic of showing up imperfectly.
